SAA cancellation policy

The five published refund windows.

This is the full cancellation schedule currently posted on saainstitute.com. The school FAQ summarizes the same $750 windows. Class listings that use a different deposit still need admissions to say how these rules apply.

Confirm these windows still match the enrollment agreement for your dates before you treat them as final. Email remaining questions to Michelle at info@saainstitute.com, as the live page instructs.

When you cancel

Deposit, remaining tuition, and after class has started.

  1. Deposit

More than eight weeks before the start date

The live policy says the deposit is 100% refundable and transferable to a later training month.

  2. Deposit

Within eight weeks of the start date

    The $750 deposit is nonrefundable.

  3. Course balance

More than two weeks before the start date

The course balance outside the deposit is fully refundable.

  4. Course balance

Within two weeks of the start date

An additional $750 fee applies. The remainder of the course is fully refundable.

  5. Proration and later dates

After the program starts, before you finish

The refund is prorated based on services already rendered, at no more than 50% of the full course price. You may attend a later date if you complete it within two months of the original start date; a $750 fee would apply.

Read with the class page

These dollars are the published school windows, not every deposit on the catalog.

The FAQ and this policy are written around a $750 deposit. Some class pages list a different deposit. Ask admissions which figure and which windows apply to the date you select. Financing partners set their own credit terms; they are not this refund schedule.
